This is an opportunity to enter the oil and gas industry through civils work. The role lends itself to a former private side or public sector civil supervisor wishing to work an even roster. This role will be working with the Drilling and Completions Civil Works team in the upstream fields in the Surat basin who are responsible for planning coordinating and executing civil works predominately focused on drilling lease pads, access road construction and water and drilling fluid handling management projects.

You will manage sub-contractors and interface between the operators and subcontractors teams. You will possess experience in earthmoving and road construction and maintenance. Estimating experience along with a demonstrated ability to manage small to medium size civil projects will see you succeed in this role.

You will be employed by an internationally leading Oil and Gas operator involved in a committed CSG-LNG project. This project involves extracting Coal Seam Gas from the upstream gas fields in the Surat basin, transmitting it via overland natural gas transmission pipeline and then processing it at Curtis Island prior to export.
